OBASANJO AND FAYOSE....AND LATE BARR. BAMIDELE ATURU HAS THE LAST LAUGH.

Each time I hear Governor Ayo Fayose lashes out at Ex-President Obasanjo, I remember the story of the Tower of Babel in the Bible, and marvel at God's awesomeness. Is it not this same Fayose, characteristic of him, who declared war on whoever was opposed to the Third term agenda of former President Obasanjo. Some of us have not forgotten the ill-fated move by the then National Assembly to amend the Constitution, under the Chairmanship of Ibrahim Mantu, the then Deputy Senate President, whose sole aim was to enshrine third term for Chief Obasanjo. It's still fresh in our memory, how typical of Fayose, he organised thugs to bundle out Late BARR. BAMIDELE ATURU, from  the venue of the Zonal public hearing on the proposed Constitutional amendment, held in Ekiti State.  Bamidele Aturu's offence was opposing the proposed Third term for Obasanjo, which was contained in the proposed amendment. That was when  Fayose said whoever was opposed to Obasanjo's third term was a "persona non grata" in Ekiti State. We have not forgotten this popular song in Yoruba then in praise of Obasanjo and Fayose. "Omo o le jo baba, k'amaa binu omo, Fayose jo Obasanjo ju, omo  o le jo baba, k'amaa binu omo.  (We cannot grudge a child for resembling his father, Fayose so much resembles Obasanjo too much, we cannot grudge a son for resembling his father). If Fayose has turned Obasanjo to the butt of his jokes, abuses and disrespect, Late BARR. BAMIDELE ATURU, wherever you are, you must be enjoying the season 2 of this film.
